Getting to know your practice
We start with a relaxed consultation call to talk through your work, your goals and what you’d like your website to achieve.
This is where we’ll discuss your current online presence, your ideal clients, your services and whether we’re the right fit to work together.

Following the call we will get your spot booked in my calendar and I will send you the proposal, contract and invoice for the deposit.

A little prep work
You’ll receive clear guidance to help you gather your content, images and key information before the design stage begins.
This may include thinking through your services, approach, FAQs, practical details and the journey you want potential clients to take through your website.

Time to design
I’ll take everything you’ve shared and begin designing your website, starting with a homepage that sets the tone for the rest of the site.
The design will be shaped around clarity, trust, readability and connection.

Before your project begins, I’ll guide you through preparing your content and assets, including branding details, images, and text.
You don’t need to have everything figured out. You’ll receive a welcome pack and content guide to help you work through each step calmly and confidently.

Website design projects are quoted individually based on scope, complexity and functionality.
As a guide, simple brochure websites may start from £1700, while more involved custom Squarespace websites typically range from £2000 - £4000. Ecommerce projects, larger websites or projects with additional integrations may be quoted higher.
Most projects take around 3 - 6 weeks, depending on the size of the website and how quickly content and feedback are provided.

You can pay monthly or annually and with the annual package you will receive a free domain (website address) and as I am a member of the Squarespace Circle, I can offer you a 25% discount on your first year. Yes. I’ll guide you through the website structure and help you decide what pages will best support your practice.
For most therapists and counsellors, this includes a homepage, about page, services page, contact page and privacy policy. Depending on your work, you may also benefit from specialist service pages, FAQs or blog/resource content.

You will need to provide the core content for your website, but I’ll give you guidance on what is needed for each page so you are not starting from a blank page.
