Custom Squarespace website for Interior designer
Charlotte Stuart Interiors is a premium interior design studio in Hampshire, offering refined, design-led services for high-end residential clients. Charlotte came to me with an existing Squarespace website that felt dated and cluttered, and no longer reflected the level of work or service she was providing.
The goal was to create a website that felt editorial, spacious, and considered - allowing her project imagery to take centre stage while still supporting Google search visibility and clarity for potential clients.
The design is intentionally image-led, with carefully structured layouts that balance minimal copy and strong visual storytelling. Key text and information were woven in subtly to support SEO, without disrupting the calm, high-end feel of the site. Gentle movement, including a hover-effect mega menu and hero slideshow, adds interest and creates a memorable browsing experience.
Personality was introduced through colourful brand photography of Charlotte herself, alongside a postcard-style newsletter sign-up that adds warmth and individuality. The finished website feels refined, editorial, and reflective of the studio’s work.
